Begin Your Journey to a
Better You
Welcome to Worcester Wellness
For us therapy begins with the relationship and is expanded through a therapeutic environment that is supportive, non-judgmental and true to ourselves. Through therapy we will become actively involved in exploring issues and life events to gain a new understanding of our world and how we interact within our world. Our work will be genuine and understanding because we believe we are better able to make healthy changes when these factors are present.
Our practice draws on over ten years of clinical work, which will be used to develop a treatment that is focused on utilizing your strengths. We will assess your personal learning style and use treatment modalities that have evidence to support their effectiveness including Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
Therapy has the potential to be a healing and empowering experience leading to great personal growth and understanding. Lets begin your journey to a better you.
Practice Areas
At Worcester Wellness we implement effective therapy methods to instill self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the clients and caretaker alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.

"Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma—which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition."
